ABOUT
Kachi Interiors
A London-based interior design studio creating private homes that feel richly considered, deeply personal and enduring. Work defined by material depth, warm character and an eye for the details that make a space feel genuinely lived in.

THE FOUNDER & DESIGNER
Meet Katarina
Katarina founded Kachi Interiors after eight years working across London, the UK, South Africa and the Caribbean. She designs private residences — from London townhouses to Caribbean retreats — with the same considered approach regardless of scale or location.

Her background spans full interior design, spatial planning and bespoke furniture design. This breadth means every project is considered as a whole — architecture, joinery, materials and furniture working together rather than as separate decisions made in isolation.

Katarina is drawn to interiors with genuine character — spaces shaped by craftsmanship, considered detail and pieces with a story behind them. Her work is not defined by a single palette or material, but by a consistent attention to quality, uniqueness and the quiet confidence that comes from getting every detail right.
THE APPROACH
Rooted in material.
Every project begins with understanding — the way a client moves through their home, the objects they love, the atmosphere they want to feel at the end of a long day. From there, the design builds outward. Nothing is imposed. Everything is considered.

The studio works with skilled makers and trusted suppliers to find pieces that are genuinely distinctive — objects and materials chosen for their craft and character rather than their familiarity. The result is always a space that feels specific to the person who lives in it, layered with detail that rewards attention over time.
