  • Full payment is required upfront before any design work commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • The design process begins only after full payment (or agreed payment terms) and receipt of all necessary information from you.

  • The contractual relationship becomes effective once payment is received and the contract is signed, or as otherwise agreed between the parties.

3. Design Services

  • The duration of the design process varies by service and begins once all client information is received.

  • An initial consultation (via email or call) will be arranged to discuss your design requirements and service details.

  • You confirm that all information provided is accurate. You accept responsibility for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • We will provide a Design Pack containing mood boards, layouts, and other deliverables as outlined in your purchased package.

  • 2D and 3D visuals are created once the design is approximately 75% complete and upon your approval, unless you request otherwise.

  • Visuals are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee exact design or construction specifications.

  • Kachi Interiors is not liable for any purchases, modifications, delivery issues, or product discrepancies made by you or third parties.

  • You are responsible for verifying product dimensions and suitability before purchase.

4. Revisions
​
  • The standard service includes:

    • One revision of a mood board

    • One revision of a room layout

    • One revision involving up to two items in the shopping list

  • Additional revisions beyond this scope will incur extra fees, and quotes will be provided accordingly.

  • Revisions do not include changes to 2D or 3D visuals. Any revision requests for visuals are treated as additional revisions and priced separately.

5. Third-Party Services
​
  • We may refer you to third-party contractors, retailers, or service providers; however, we do not provide these services ourselves.

  • Kachi Interiors accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or failure arising from contracts or arrangements between you and third parties.

6. Cancellations and Refunds​

  • Design services may be cancelled up to 3 days before the agreed start date with full refund eligibility.

  • Requests received less than 3 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund.

  • You are 18 years of age or older.
