The brief was to create a bathroom with more warmth and character, moving away from the usual neutral palette.

The design centres around Claybrook’s Mediterrano Molasses glazed tiles, chosen for their handcrafted finish and rich tobacco tones. They bring depth to the space, with the surface catching the light differently throughout the day.

The warmer palette continues through aged brass fittings, Viola stone and a bespoke walnut vanity with a traditional silhouette and brass detailing.

A pair of floating Viola stone shelves above the toilet, finished with a custom ogee edge, mirrors the vanity and adds another layer of craftsmanship while keeping the space practical.

The chequerboard marble floor introduces a timeless contrast, balancing the richness of the materials without taking away from the overall calmness of the room.
