A renovation of a bathroom in a period property in Islington — designed to complement the building's architectural character while introducing considered, contemporary detailing. The property is a classic London conversion and the brief was to create a bathroom that felt timeless and well-resolved, respecting the existing fabric without being bound by it.

Mosaic tilework, vintage-influenced fixtures and a walk-in shower with a curtain enclosure bring texture and softness to the first bathroom. Clean subway tile and a round mirror keep the second feeling open and light. The space sits comfortably between classic and contemporary — resolved without trying too hard.
