The renovation introduces curved, minimalist showers, replacing traditional curtains with sleek built-in rounded walls for a seamless, open feel, while preserving existing floor tiles to minimize waste. A lime-wash-inspired finish—waterproof yet soft in appearance—ensures durability in Antigua’s humid climate. The vanities, crafted in microcement or lime-wash effects, feature soft beige or grey tones for a spa-like serenity, topped with countertop basins for clean lines and paired with traditional chrome taps for timeless elegance. Natural warmth comes through in live-edge wood shelves, adding organic texture to the refined, airy aesthetic.

The renovation was done in a way that was both cost-effective and looked great. We chose to keep the original floor tiles. This was a practical choice that respected the project budget. The challenge? You can achieve a high-end look without having to pay for replacement costs. Specialised waterproof coatings now replicate that popular limewashed look while surviving Antigua's humidity. The result is strategic minimalism: money-saving tile retention pairs with luxury touches like microcement vanities, countertop basins, and organic wood accents, proving that thoughtful design doesn't have to be expensive.

The design embraces tropical minimalism - a fusion of light, airy spaces and organic textures, all built to withstand island living.

Imagine raw, natural finishes, soft curved edges, and an effortless sophistication that feels both serene and timeless.
